Lister Machine Tools Ltd represents SANGIACOMO PRESSE Srl, a leader in the production of eccentric mechanical presses, with over half a century of experience and success gained in the world market.
SANGIACOMO PRODUCT RANGE
C-Frame Eccentric Presses – Flywheel
Models T10 CE – T75 CE
The range of production covers eccentric mechanical presses from 10 Ton to 75 Ton, with “quick“ transmission of motion. The quick c-frame presses are designed for high speed (up to 300 strokes/min), as there are no intermediate gears between the motor shaft and flywheel shaft. These presses are recommended for blanking and punching.
C-Frame Eccentric Presses – Back-geared
Models T50 RCE – T450 RCE
The range of production covers eccentric mechanical presses from 50 Ton to 450 Ton, with “delayed“ transmission of motion. The delayed c-frame presses are characterised by high tonnage set at relatively reduced nominal speeds using an intermediate wheel-pinion gear system. These presses are recommended for blanking and punching, bending and deep-drawing.
Eccentric Double Upright Presses with Single Connecting Rod
Models T100 DM SB – T250 DM SB
The construction system adopted on the 2 column single connecting rod eccentric presses has the great advantage of avoiding the phenomenon known as chasming. Presses of this kind, in addition to greatly limiting structural deformations, reduce the maintenance times of the equipment used in the processes, giving the product an elevated finish. All 2 column single connecting rod presses work at variable speed and the large range of extras available to the customer also includes the use of an automatic NC stroke change system.
Eccentric Double Upright Presses with Double Connecting Rod
Models T125 DM DB – T250 DM DB
The construction system adopted on the 2 column double connecting rod presses is that of opposed rotation eccentric shafts. Thanks to the opposed rotation eccentric shafts with a single or double helical tooth gear, the system offers excellent balancing of the masses in movement and, consequently, asymmetrical wear of the ram guides is avoided. The generous dimensions of the working tables and spaces between the columns on the 2 column double connecting rod presses, guarantee a high level of application flexibility above all in the use of progressive dies. The development of this kind of press has also been generated by the use of drives, production islands and other technical expedients to supply and quickly replace the dyes and the product.
